Our approach is evidence based and centred on active rehabilitation including hands on treatment targeted rehabilitation load management and performance based progression. Where appropriate acupuncture may be used to support early stage pain management within a structured plan. This is supported by access to full rehabilitation facilities within Virgin Active allowing progression at each stage.
