Dorset - Physiotherapist

I graduated from the Bournemouth University with a BSc Honours degree in Physiotherapy, and have also gained a Ba Honours degree in Sport Science and Coaching from Exeter University. With being a past Master Personal Trainer for Virgin Active I have a vast experience in Athletic Performance and Rehabilitation.
I am a key researcher in Preventative Health Care and Lifestyle Behaviour Change, winning awards which has led to presenting at international conferences. My sporting achievements include racing for GB in 3 Ironman Triathlon events.
My holistic approach to Physiotherapy focuses on using evidence based techniques to restore and develop movement, and to consult clients on preventative health care techniques to help develop overall health and wellbeing. My aim is to improve the quality of life of all patients in a professional supportive manner.
